Freeman "One who has been awarded privileged rights of citizenship as an
honour."
Burgess: "Refers to business people in general."
According to the Dictionary:
Freeman: "Of a borough; Enjoying civil or political liberty; Full rights of
a citizen."
Burgess: "Master of the house."
